In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. I am inspired by the life of Christ and by His higher calling. I get uplifted knowing I and as many who believe have a future that would leave no room for tears or hunger, sorrow or sadness, war nor terrible disasters but peace, peace like a river.
